After ordering a BBQ there was an issue with the original shipping company, who failed to deliver the order and then damaged the item while returning it back to WowBBQ. Niall from the customer service team was incredibly helpful in sorting out a replacement, exchanging and swapping accessories, and an alternative delivery company. The replacement bbq was delivered today on time with the new accessories. The real test of customer service is how they react when things go wrong, and on this occasion, this company have done a brilliant job.

If only all companies were as good - I cannot fault the product ( Weber 1400 electric BBQ) or the end to end service from order to delivery - 48 hours ! Well done WOW BBQ - its been a pleasure

Really impressed with these guys! I called them a few times before I ordered to enquire about some BBQs, they were very responsive and super helpful. I ordered the BBQ in the afternoon and it arrived next day in the morning! It was super fast, loved it. Totally recommend these guys

Excellent service throughout. My email queries regarding the product were answered quickly and efficiently. I ordered the BBQ on a Tuesday and it was delivered on the Thursday. How is that for service!!!Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing service ! Ordered on Saturday and was told on Monday that the price of the BBQ had been dropped and as not to miss out they refunded my account with the difference, amazing!! Item delivery early Tuesday. If only all online shopping was as good.

I ordered a Weber bbq on a Saturday knowing that the standard free 5 working days delivery would be super tight for when I actually needed to use it. By Monday, I'd not heard that it had been picked, so wrote to them to ask if it could be expedited. Later that day, they wrote to say it would be delivered TOMORROW by courier, no extra cost. And it arrived as they said. Super impressed.

I placed an order on the 12th of June. Nothing had arrived by the 24th so I sent an email to ask if they could follow up, I got a response on the 25th telling me the order had been canceled due to the item being out of stock. Will not use again.
